On April 1, 2013 BWA Reps, Inc. was created! Brad Waller and Associates, Inc. merged with Factory Resource to create a larger, stronger, and more effective food service equipment company.

We are conveniently located in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. In November 2016, we moved into a brand new building with more room for growth!

We currently represent a wide variety of manufacturers ranging from small wares to large equipment and furniture! We have representatives in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin/San Antonio, and Oklahoma who are dedicated to providing solutions to the food service industry!
